2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time without fees or penalties:

• Manage or cancel your recurring subscription in your PayPal account dashboard under Automatic Payments / Subscriptions.
• Alternatively, email our support team at support@medicalhistoryai.com.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window:

• Email our support team at support@medicalhistoryai.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
• Include your account email address and PayPal transaction ID from your receipt.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed promptly to your PayPal account or original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
